What kind of services does Communicare offer?
We offer expert adult day care, wound care, memory care, nutritional services, mental health, pt, ot, & speech therapy, and lab & pharmacy services for disabled and needy adults.
What's the cost to put my loved one in this program?
The price is rated per day, with an additional fee for extended program services.
What are your hours of operations?
We are open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday- Friday.
Do you have transportation services?
Yes, we provide transportation services to all our participants. Transportation and meals are included in our Day Care services.
What areas do you operate in?
We are located in Sewell, NJ. But we can pick up and transport participants from all over South Jersey.
